As a big noodle fan and Asian cuisine lover I've noticed there is not a broad range of types of noodles in Belgian supermarkets. With using beans as a main ingredient instead of traditionally wheat there are more advantages to this type of noodle: an unique new taste with a higher nutritional value. In this way it contains more protein, minerals, fibers, vitamins and also less carbs. And this is where Mamé was born, a healthier guilt-free noodle alternative!
